Customers may audition their purchases virtually risk free in their own home and in their own systems, using recordings and equipment already familiar to them.
Since the customer's home is the only setting in which a customer may fully and accurately assess each of the components of his or her entertainment system, The Audio Insider's in-home trial period ensures not only customer security, but a more meaningful audition. Products As the name implies, The Audio Insider seeks out, develops, manufactures, and/or partners with other manufactures to acquire high-value products we then pass on to our customers at a savings. All of our products are built to high industry standards by thoroughly professional, experienced, long-term, reputable providers, with many either designed by TAI or designed in our close conjunction with the original manufacturer.
As of 2010, TAI solely designs and manages the Arx and Dana brands. A third – Swan loudspeakers - is made by one of the largest loudspeaker manufacturers in the world, with many models co-designed or otherwise unique to our distribution. Our relationship with Swan principals spans fifteen years.
Our partners produce components or assemblies for some of the finest retail brand names in the field and typically do so to ISO standards. We do not use start-up makers or substandard facilities, and we do not accept products that do not meet or exhibit the quality and performance our customer's expect of truly high-grade consumer audio products in the traditional retail marketplace.
Assets The Audio Insider draws on the talents and experience of professionals with many dozens of years of combined experience. Our internal staff averages 30 years experience in the consumer electronics field, and our associates go back as far or farther, having been responsible for design and manufacturing in the performance loudspeaker industry that we believe few competitors in our sector can match.
All products adhere strictly to very high manufacturing traditions, which throughout our supply chain variously include nearly all types of superior design, manufacture, and testing protocols, from FEA to extensive CAD-based manufacturing to industry-standard finishing, packaging, and delivery/fulfillment. Systems include numerous simulation and design platforms customary to the loudspeaker industry.
The Audio Insider also maintains a personalized, fast-response customer fulfillment system backed by our professional staff and large warehouse. We ship from Northern Nevada USA and have two B-stock and return locations, one centrally located and another in the eastern US.
