If you're considering a loudspeaker system, or another substantial purchase where shipping costs may be a concern, please take advantage of our partial-ship option, where we ship one or two smaller items for pre-evaluation and approval. Once you agree that our quality and value is unbeatable, we'll ship the balance of your purchase at your request.

The Audio Insider throughly believes in all of its products, but if any item purchased does not live up to your expectations for any reason during the first 30 days, return it for a refund. (Shipping costs are not included and will not be refunded.)

To receive credit, the product must be returned with all the original contents and packaging and must be in like-new condition.

All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA) which may be aquired on this website. [Insert steps here]

Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's original account. Please allow approximately 5 business days after our receipt of the product and our verification that all requirements have been met for the refund.

Due to wear and tear, speaker cable products returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Online orders placed at The Audio Insider generate an email indicating receipt and account status. All in-stock orders immediately proceed to shipment. Once the order ships, a second email is sent with shipping information, including a tracking number.

Customers may check Order status by logging into the site, where all customer account info is listed.

Shipping charges vary by product, location, and shipping method selected. All rates and charges will be presented before an order is completed in the checkout process.

Any shipments damaged by shipping must be claimed to the shipping company responsible for further inspection and adjustment. Undamaged cartons containing damaged merchandise must also be claimed with the shipping company. The Audio Insider is not responsible for damages unclaimed by the receiving party.

All products sold by The Audio Insider carry the manufacturer's limited warranty. All products sold by The Audio Insider are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer's defects for 30 days from delivery and may be replaced or repaired at The Audio Insider's sole discretion in the event of a defect discovered within this period of time.

Unless indicated otherwise, all products featured at The Audio Insider include our 30-Day In-Home Satisfaction guarantee. Unless indicated, any product purchased from The Audio Insider may be returned for a complete refund of the purchase price.
