Swan D1.1seC Center Channel Speaker
Compare Swan's D Series to anything in their class
From the growing Swan D series family of high-performance loudspeakers comes the new D1.1seC center channel speaker featuring matching D series components and voicing.
Derived from D1.1se minimonitor components - and matching both it and the D2.1se for center channel duty through the D Series range - the D1.1seC is Swan's finest compact center channel loudspeaker. The model uses a pair of their most advanced 5.75" midbass drivers and 1.1" dome tweeter in a classic MTM array. Swan's manufacturing arm builds hundreds of thousands of drivers a year but as with those in the D2.1se and D1.1se, the drivers in this model are their most regarded.
Flexible and sonically neutral
The D1.1seC is the perfect center channel speaker for a multichannel system using either or both the D2.1se and D1.1se. Like the other speakers in this range, the D1.1seC has quick, textural, organic, and extraordinarily dynamic sound for such a compact enclosure. The midbass has great drive, definition, and body. Mids are vivid yet effortless, and its highs are nuanced, detailed, and dynamic.
The D1.1seC provides excellent center image fill and intelligibility. The speaker develops excellent micro- and macro-dynamics and an organic, natural overall presentation that blends well with the the complimenting D1.1se and D2.1se in multichannel systems.
Premium construction, premium finishes
The D1.1seC is available in Khaya Crotch (African "Rosewood" Mahogany), European Birdseye Maple, and Gloss Piano Black, each of which match throughout Swan's D series. This is Swan's top compact center channel loudspeaker, and it's available exclusively and importer direct from The Audio Insider. Consider it for your D series-based multichannel system.
