30 Day In-Home Satisfaction Guarantee.  Unless otherwise indicated, products featured at The Audio Insider are covered by an in-home satisfaction guarantee for 30 full days.  The Audio Insider backs its products, and if an item does not live up to your in-use expectations for any reason during the first 30 days, return it for a refund subject to conditions described herein.  (Shipping costs are not included and will not be refunded.)  You buy with confidence knowing you may audition TAI products in your own home for one month at our risk.

If you're considering a loudspeaker system or a substantial purchase where shipping costs may be a concern, please take advantage of our partial-ship option, where we ship one or two smaller items for pre-evaluation and approval.  Once you agree that our quality and value are unbeatable, we'll ship the balance of your purchase at your request.

To receive credit, the product must be returned with all the original contents and packaging and must be in like-new condition. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's original account.  Please allow approximately 5 business days after our receipt of the product and our verification that all requirements have been met for the refund.

Due to wear and tear, speaker cable products returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Specials, discontinued items, closeouts, and other non-standard items do not qualify for return.

Other Returns.  All non-standard item sales are considered final.  To cancel any unshipped order, please request the order be cancelled in writing.  Products we may approve at our sole discretion for return beyond the first 30 days are subject to a 15% service fee.  Products that have been special priced, discounted for clearance, discontinued, or are one-of-a-kind are returnable only at our sole discretion.  Additional fees may also accrue, depending on our inspection and assessment of further product devaluation.  Such returns, if approved, must be returned as received, and must include original packaging, accessories, and inserts unless otherwise agreed by The Audio Insider in advance.  All returns may require a Return Authorization Number, to be provided at its discretion per its various terms, conditions, and warranties by The Audio Insider. 

Sales Tax.  All prices listed exclude sales tax, VAT, Custom's fees, brokerage, etc. Orders shipped to the state of Nevada, USA will have sales tax added. International orders may be shipped not including VAT or duties, and the customer remains liable for the payment of these fees on or following delivery at his sole liability. USE OF THIS MERCHANT WEBSITE CONSTITUTES THE CUSTOMER'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT S/HE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SUCH FEES AND THAT S/HE AGREES TO PAY THEM.  

Payment Methods.  All products may be ordered online with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Orders may also be taken offline via fax or telephone. All prices are in USD. All orders taken outside the US will be debited in USD and the credit card company will convert it to the local exchange rates. All checks, money orders, or bank drafts, must be in USD.

Warranty.  All products sold by The Audio Insider carry the manufacturer's limited warranty. Please see the manufacturer's warranties on the appropriate pages on our website. All products sold by The Audio Insider are guaranteed to be free of manufacture's defects for the term of the warranty dated starting on the date of purchase. To aid in the event that warranty repairs or replacement must be obtained, please register your product(s) upon receipt. Warranties provided by The Audio Insider are not transferable. Product owners pay the costs of returning their products under warranty, and The Audio Insider covers freight back to the customer.

Shipping Rates and Fees.  Weekday orders received before 1pm Pacific are shipped the same day and orders received on weekends or after 1pm are shipped the next business day.  The Audio Insider achieves about a 90% success rate in this schedule, with perhaps 10% of orders shipping later for one reason or another.  Special orders for custom or introductory products may be delayed.  Backorders may also occur but are rare.  When they do occur, they are typically indicated prior to purchase in the product's respective site page.

Shipping times vary by customer choice.  We use FedEx, whose fees and timeframes will be sent to the readers screen in the checkout shopping card, prior to purchase.  Having been quoted, there is no obligation to buy - the site only requires that a reader or customer create a login account to receive this information. 

Delivery services range between overnight to the continental 48 US states to five business days between our Reno NV warehouse and the East Coast.  Customers may select which timeframe they prefer.  Most FedEx Ground parcels will ship for a low fixed rate, listed as Best Way in the checkout.

Shipping Agreement.  All merchandise shipped by The Audio Insider on behalf of the customer becomes the customer's legal property at such time as received by the freight company responsible for delivery. (Goods returned for any reason remain the customer's property until such time as The Audio Insider receives them intact at our facility.) All merchandise must therefore be inspected by customer for shipping damage at the time of delivery to customer and all damage claims must be initiated by customer and/or The Audio Insider at the Audio Insider's sole discretion. By using this site, customers acknowledge that The Audio Insider is not responsible for third-party delays in delivery, product or property damages, nor is responsible for return merchandise arrangements and costs unless agreed in advance.
