A: Fine audio products featured at The Audio Insider are covered by our unconditional in-home satisfaction guarantee for 30 full days. The Audio Insider throughly backs all of its products, and if an item does not live up to your expectations for any reason during the first 30 days, return it for a refund. (Shipping costs are not included and will not be refunded.) You buy with confidence knowing you may audition TAI products in your own home for one month at our risk.
If you're considering a loudspeaker system or a substantial purchase where shipping costs may be a concern, please take advantage of our partial-ship option, where we ship one or two smaller items for pre-evaluation and approval. Once you agree that our quality and value are unbeatable, we'll ship the balance of your purchase at your request.
To receive credit, the product must be returned with all the original contents and packaging and must be in like-new condition. Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's original account. Please allow approximately 5 business days after our receipt of the product and our verification that all requirements have been met for the refund.
Due to wear and tear, speaker cable products returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
